Out of all the holidays that I celebrate, there is perhaps none greater or more significant than the 4th of July. Who can pass up a good barbecue
with hot dogs and burgers, fries and soda. Or what about the sky lit with fireworks of all sorts, painting a picture of red, white and blue sparks. Family gathered around, with friends close by, enjoying a great summer evening is the life. Is that what the fourth is all about? Of course not.(Although I must admit, without these thing it would not be the same)
Its all about FREEDOM!! The men and woman who died protecting it, giving us the opportunity to live in a free country. I am gratefully to be apart of America. I know that it is the promise land, one of great opportunity. As we serve the Lord he will prosper our nation, our community's, and our homes.
