Christmas time has always held a special place in my heart. Some of the best memory's I have are during this time in my life, when family is close, when much is given and much received. I have often wondered what it is about Christmas that draws so many peoples interests, why so many people love Christmas. For a while I thought it was the presents. Who doesn't love getting a really awesome gift, or receiving a cool toy? I know i do? But the more I think about it, the more it makes sense that Christmas time is a favorite because the love which is felt, the warmth and peace we receive in the act of giving. More important is the gift from the heart than one money could buy.Our time, our talents, our heritage and history. Of all the gifts i have received i still remember the gift my sister made me, a little cloth football many years ago. It was from the heart, so it has stayed with me all these years.
