Through Jesus Christ, we can be forgiven of our sins, be clensed from all our mistakes, guilt, and shame. Because of his Atonement, I personally testify that each of us can recieve peace where anguish once was, healing can replace hurt and pain. He sufferd all things for us in the garden, allows us to change because he has stood in our place, felt the effects of our sins so we would not have to. (DandC 19) He frees us from the bondage of sin. Jesus has felt our lonlyness, our sorrow, our pains, he has walked a mile in our shoes. Growing up I loved to watch to watch spongebob. He was always happy, always cracking jokes that made me luagh, always lifting people around him up. It made my burdens lighter, my cares fade away. Nothing seemed to get to him for to long. To me, he is the perfect example of happines. Through the atonement, our burdens can be made light, our very nature can change, we can see the good in all things. We will be free from dispair, because we know through him we can live with our father again.
